Doxie Designs Cluster Frames

Ok, I took a little side trip today, and made some more cluster frames. (My name for them....didn't know what else to call them! LOL) I enjoyed it yesterday, so thought I would do a few more today, and put them on here. That way I don't have to do more for a while, unless my picture just doesn't work for the ones I did today. NOT that I will do a layout with these all the time, but don't mind repeating myself now and then. LOL I hope some of you can find a use for them!

Download link will be gone by the end of Oct, sorry if you missed it! Photos and Background NOT included....Background is from the new kit I am working on.

If you need to know how I used the frames all I did was select the outside area, invert, contract 15 pixels, invert again, then delete the outside area of the photo. That way you don't have any of the photo sticking out from under the frame. I had to put the drop shadow in there, so it looked like photo's stacked on top of each other when you were finished. Sorry about that, if you don't like the drop shadow I used, or the way I stacked them, feel free to make your own, I just thought I would share these in case someone wants to use some already made.

Now I will get back to scrapping! LOL If I manage a layout today, I will add it here, if not hopefully I will tomorrow! I think its almost easier to have a kit I have to work with, and go looking for pictures to use with it, than to have pictures I want to scrap, and have to go looking through all my kits for one to work. The latter is what I have been doing lately, and its not working as well! Plus it takes a lot longer that way too!!

Don't forget to leave me some love if you take the freebie!!! Thanks!!

After you invert (this is in PSPX) you go to Selections, Modify, Contract, and put 15 in that box then push ok. I can try to make a tutorial, but I doubt it will be till next week! Sorry, but I think if the roads are good this weekend, we will be busy with my sister-in-law. And the tut will be in PSPX as thats the program I know the best.

  20. These are spectacular in their various designs. So pretty. I normally scrap rectangular so I can print when I want to, but these are fantastic & I just have to try these out, so square it is. Thanks again for your willingness to share of your innate talent.

  58. I just downloaded and you are well over 1000 dls. I don't think you have been pirated. We all just love uniques things like these frames.

I read your instructions and will have to try this while they are fresh in my mind. I don't know how to do the contract 15 pixels part...I'll have to see what help I can get through using my program. Thanks.

I would appreciate a tutorial very mutch!
I've been busy trying it another way, but it's taking a long time to get it done that way and the endresult isn't as nice as it should be, a little rough around the edges of the frames, so I would like a tutorial.
    Thank you!
I am looking forward to it!
