Wonderful Hubby!!

Well I didn't do a layout today, and at the rate I am going, won't this evening either! But I just wanted to say THANK YOU to God and my wonderful Hubby in front of everyone!! LOL (hmm wonder if DH will even read this?) I thank DH because he was looking out for me the other day and after searching the HOT attic for my grandmothers old apple peeler and finding it, missing a part he happened to be in town at the hardware store and saw an apple peeler in there. (the fact that our little tiny town had one is really strange!!) Being the SMART Hubby that he is, he called me to find out if I wanted to get it, since we seem to be low on money lately, and my first thought was NO. Thankfully that is where God stepped in and changed my mind to YES!!!

Since I got the apple butter done yesterday, today I tried out the new peeler, and wow!! It works better than I remember the old one Mom had growing up did!! I got enough apples for 4 pies into the freezer today, and my hands don't hurt, AND I did it in at LEAST half the time as it would have taken me to do it all by hand!! Even with the spots and all it worked, which is amazing, because the one Mom had didn't want to then! So Thank you wonderful Man O Mine for thinking of my hands, and God for changing my No to YES!!!
