The Age of Innocence
This layout pictures me when I was 5. I had such blond hair back then!! It has really darkened now. The last pictures I took inside with the flash, my hair looked more brown, or red, than blond. I think the flash may have picked up the red in my hair, and showed that, instead of any of the blond. I have to say, I wish my hair was blonder because I love blond hair, but oh well! LOL Its the way it is, and I am not going to go helping it to change color, least not right away. Even though it is getting quite a bit of gray in it!! I guess it doesn't bother me all that much the way it looks, and if other people don't like it, they can just not look at it! But then I guess that a little bit of my bitchy side comming out! I just don't care what other people think, I never have! Ok I care alittle bit, when it comes to some things...like what you think of my layouts and kits, or things like that....but not when it comes to me, and my hair, or looks, or my house if it comes right down to it. Because I love my house, and I don't need anyone else to love it, to feel like its good enough! Sorry, I have no idea where that came from! LOL Cause when people come over, they always say they like my house too, or they are nice enough to say nothing or lie, so no I didn't say that cause someone just said something bad about my house! I think I am just blabbing about anything that pops into my mind! So on to the good stuff!!
Don't you just love the kit I used for this layout! Its the $.99 IOTW at DSP (Digital Scrapbook Place). They have a kit (or alpha or something) every week that they sell for $.99 and then they also have a weekly IOTW (Item of the Week) challenge where if you use the kit (or what ever the IOTW is) in a layout and post in in their IOTW gallery you get a free add on....or anyway something free. Usually if its a kit, its an add on, and usually if it isn't a kit, I won't get it, but if it is a kit, unless I just don't like it, I try to get it, because its hard to pass up a kit and an add on for $.99 even though the kits at DSP are really way to small. Besides at $.99 a week even if I bought them every week (which I don't) I don't think I am going to break the bank!! So anyway, I used the kit called Vintage Rose by Valeri Brumfield at Digital Scrapbook Place. Valeri does have some really pretty kits there!! Course several of DSP's designers are really good! Just need to work on the size of their kits!!
