Changing Seasons Kit
Well I haven't posted much this week, because I have been playing with papers. Shawn and Jamie started talking about doing a kit together, and asked if I would do papers....I said I didn't think so, but that put it into my mind to try and see if I could learn a little about blending to make neat papers. LOL I had been wanting to learn, just hadn't taken the time. So I started playing and then threw a few really easy elements in with them and called it a kit! LOL Its not wonderful but its our Annivserary this month, so I thought I might as well offer a new one to anyone who wants it. I will warn you, if you use DSP or Picture it, the papers may not work. I don't know why, but Jamie tried to open them in her program (and then I tried in Picture it) and they are all smudged so you can't see the design (although I zoomed in and looked at it at 100% and it seemed ok, so who knows). It seems to work in PSP, and Adobe. So good luck, if you can use them fine, if not, I'm sorry, but I don't know how to fix it so you can.
I did go ahead and make papers for the kit Shawn and Jamie were working on. So eventually it may be available at J3 Designs. (The papers don't seem to have the same problem in Picture it!) Once it is, I will post a layout that I did with the kit last night. I wanted to wait till the kit was out, to post it. I had fun, but its not something I would want to do all the time I don't think, because I would run out of designs to fast, and not have anything to give away! LOL Which I like doing now and then. I just don't know how many people like just paper packs which is my favorite thing to make right now, so I don't do much because I don't really like making elements, and can't think of many to make even if I would like making them. So yes, my freebies have been few and far between lately! Sorry!
The link to this kit will be available here, only, for the first few days, and then I will move it to my freebie page!
Download link will be gone by the end of Oct, sorry if you missed it!!
Please leave a comment if you take the kit!! Also send people here to get it, don't just give them the link! Thanks!! And hope you enjoy it!
Edited: I have been playing late this afternoon, and this evening with this bow. I don't know why, but ever since I have tried making things, I have wanted to learn to make a bow. Well I think once again, I give up, but at least I got a little closer this time. I know alot of people make a bow out of ribbon, and take a picture of it, and then cut out the picture, but someday....maybe.....I will make one that looks good, in PSP....or NOT! LOL Anyway this is what I came up with today. What do you think? Hmmm maybe I don't want to know! LOL Be gentle, because I know its not anywhere close to perfect!! Hopefully this try will get me down the road several months, before the urge to try again hits me! LOL Because its so frustrating, and unnecessary, since I don't have to make bows! I just want to figure it out. Silly, Silly me!!
If you would like the bow, you can find the Download link on my google group. Follow the link listed under my special pages section to the left, called Freebie Links.
Thank you so much for your comments!! I love to get them, because it means someone (you) likes my things enough to visit! THANK YOU!!!

sweetscraps (Donna)-GP (unverified): I've just finished downloading your freebies. can't wait to open and use them. Your bow looks very nice... almost like a painted wooden plaque. I'm sure I'll use it many times. If you want to check out the tutorials at GottaPixel you'll find one one making bows and other stuff. I have'nt tried it yet but there have been others who have made some pretty cool looking bows and things. I am learning lots of new things too and love seeing what others can do. your stuff is quite pretty.
thank you very much.
