A Lonely Day

Well this morning DH and I managed to get some indoor pictures taken of each other! Then he had to go to Lincoln to help his brother and they ended up paying for the Husker game on Pay-per-view, so he stayed and watched it with them, so is just now headed home. I thought it would be great cause I could scrap all afternoon and evening, if I wanted, but I just couldn't get into it! Yep, strange as it seems, I pretty much wasted the whole afternoon watching a couple movies, and then all evening trying to get into scrappin! I think its happened!! This season for the first time since we got married, I haven't minded him watching the game, because then I could scrap. And so with him being gone and watching it elsewhere, I got lonely because he wasn't in the other room. How silly is that! LOL All these years, I felt it took time away from us being together, (Sat. afternoon and evening he usually isn't out working so we can do things together) and now, I figured out that we are "together" its just he is doing his thing, and I mine. So since today we wern't "together" I couldn't settle. Maybe eventually the old wish that he didn't have to watch all the games will come back, but so far this year, its been ok!
