A Good Day

Today was surprisingly a good day. I say surprisingly because it was our monthly shopping day which I dread because of our budget being tight. I almost always have to take a few things off my list, because we don't have the money for it, and today was no different. But we had a great time, and I laughed so much at silly things that it really didn't hurt as much when I had to scratch something off the list without putting it in the basket. Either something I would say, or something DH would say would crack me up all day long. I laughed so hard at lunch that I was crying, and people around us were probably wondering if we had lost it or something, but I didn't care, cause it was to much fun. DH also had a VA appointment, and I think the nurse there thought we were having to good a time for being there for a Doc. appointment! LOL She was really nice though, and had a few laughs with us too. I haven't laughed so much (all day) for a while, and it felt great!! Its been a long day though, so its nice to be home.


I did remember something important that I forgot to get though! But I didn't remember it till we got home. Do you think our dogs are going to speak to me this month? Because I forgot to get them some TREATS!! I don't know how many they have left from last month, because DH usually hands them out, so I haven't given them any for a while so haven't looked. Hopefully we can spread them out a little bit! LOL If they run out, they will be mad at me!! Oh well I guess they will get over it! Maybe we can get some in town to tide them over if we have to. They just won't be the same!

These two layouts I actually did last night, but didn't have time to post them, so I decieded to do that tonight. These photo's are of my brother and I. The Snow Drift one is my brother when he was 10 standing by a big snow drift. The Winter Fun one is my brother and I playing in the snow when I was 2. I worked on the pictures a little bit, but I am not the best at making them look better, so this was the best I could do. They are old pictures, so guess you can't expect them to be as clear as the ones we get today are!
