Its just not happening
Mom, remember all those pictures you sent me? Well ummm, they won't all be done, and in the album! LOL I guess its going to be one of those I owe you things.
Not sure what my problem is, but I think I just need to take a week or two off and do something else (like some sewing I have been putting off for months) because I just can't "get into" scrappin the last several days. So since pushing didn't get me a really cool layout (although the kit was really cute) I think I will just go with what I have, and if something comes to me, in the next few days, I will do it, otherwise, what I have done, will be it for now.
I think part of the problem is, I do better, if I pick out a kit I want to play with and then go searching for pictures for it. When I have to go looking for a kit for a picture, its harder to get into doing them, don't ask me why. Course its hard to actually get an album done that way! LOL
Anyway this picture is my brother hanging on the monkey bars, in the back yard. I know frogs don't really have much to do with the picture, other than he is outside...but I thought they were cute, and being it was a boys picture, frogs seemed like a good embellishment.

You have been working on it for a long time. It is time for a rest and a change. I think you have lots of pages done already. We are going to really enjoy looking at them and remembering all those times that are in the pictures and the love you have put into making the Album for us.

ReplyDeleteI know what you´re talking about with not getting in the mood to scrap always, as you know I´m knitting and crocheting more than scrapping at the moment. I would love to see your sewing works if you continue in making them :)
