Where did the day go?

Wow, I think today just zoomed by! I didn't get much done this morning, did manage the one layout today, but had laundry, the last of the apples, to get in the freezer, and other household things to do this afternoon, and all of a sudden, while I was talking to my brother (who called when I was about done with my chores) I noticed it was 4:30! Time to get supper in the oven already? Wow, usually when I'm doing the around the house things, time doesn't fly, don't know what happen! LOL Anyway, I got it in the oven, even got a meal for tomorrow ready, and so thought I would try to post this one lonely little layout around! Its sad, but lately I'm thankful when I can even do one layout in a day! LOL Its not like I'm getting tons done around the house, I just think the days go by fast, and I must be in extra slow mode (compared to my usual mode...which is still slow LOL) or something.

Anyway, this is my nieces little cousin on her Mom's side. No relation to me, but my niece loves her to death, so thought I would scrap her for her. I have several pictures of her, I will eventually scrap....hopefully! LOL

Kit Credit: Mauve Refined Ladies Kit AND Digital Lace Frames both by Blushbutter

I thought those lacy frames with the hearts would be really cute with a baby, and I was right! Course they would be great for other things, but I think they are adorable with a little baby in them. I recolored the frames to match the kit. The kit has such pretty colors, I'm hoping to play some more tomorrow, but don't know that I will have time to. For sure next week! So look for some more layouts with this kit soon!!!

So far opening day for Scrap Lair, is still set for next week, so please check back, I will let you know when its open! (I happen to know there will be freebies there for opening to! LOL) The new ct team, has been busy and gotten some beautiful layouts in the gallery already, so be sure and stop in there next week, and see some of what you can do with the beautiful kits in the store!

I hope you are having a wonderful week! Catch ya later!

I love that you have used an old kit of mine :)
I'm thinking of renovating that kit a bit when I get some time, the papers could do with some texturing :D
