Making myself scrap
I made myself do another couple of page this morning. Since I do better doing them in the morning, I figured I wouldn't wait till afternoon...so then maybe I'd get something done. LOL Maybe I should do that every day, so maybe I'd get caught up better. I actually tried to do more than two, but it just wasn't coming together so I tossed it and shut down my program. I guess there is only so much I can "force" before nothing seems to work for me. As you can see, I'm still keeping it simple...it's the only way I can get pages out it seems anymore. (Course why does the phrase "Keep it simple stupid" always run through my head when I say that...*giggle*...don't say it, I KNOW what you are thinking! LOL)
I would REALLY like to keep up with this years photos, and since I'm already behind, I will have to try to "force" myself to do some every day so maybe I can catch up again. LOL Especially since I don't actually take photos everyday...so far. If I'm really lucky, I'll also have time to scrap some of last years. :)
Kit Credit for these LO's: A New Beginning from digital-crea.fr. It was one of their freebies.
The photos are our cows getting an extra chunk of hay. They are getting spoiled too, like the rest of our animals are. As you can see, I'm also in a "blending" mood again. My poor yearly books might be a little boring, since I seem to do the same thing on lots of pages...but I can't complain to much, if my photos get scrapped. :)
We just had the propane guy show up to check and see if we need more in our tank...but he got stuck (although managed to get out thankfully) and wasn't able to get to the tank to fill it. Hopefully before we run out he will be able to! LOL I guess there was still 40% in there...so it should last us a little while longer, before we have to really start worrying. I think he is actually earlier this year, doing his rounds of checking, not sure if it's cause it's been a worse winter or what.
We have had a lot of melting going on here. Least if you look out back across the hay field (the wide open spaces only) you can tell it has, cause it doesn't have much snow left on it, however out front, where all the snow piled up, it's still covered. The drifts aren't as deep, but still deep enough to make walking difficult. We can't seem to get rid of the fog, which means we don't see the sun. It's winter though, so not seeing the sun much is normal. I'm just thankful that we didn't get the ice storm they said we would yesterday and today. It may have been a little slick yesterday morning because of the fog, but not from freezing rain...so that is a plus. :)
Ok, I'll stop moaning about the winter. It could be worse! LOL Gotta go anyway, need to get some other things done. Take Care.

Hope you don't run out of propane!!! Love the layouts!
ReplyDeleteI really like these. The color is nice to go with Mable.

If I didn't know any better... I'd swear I was listening to myself here. ROTFL !!! But you got farther than me. Something kept trying to push me to scrap a paqe - but I just couldn't seem to get with the program today. Ha!
