A thrilling New Years!

My DH has gotten a couple of tractor magazines for several years now, and even written some stories for them and had them published. I think he has included some photos now and then with them also, but some of those photos were ones he took, and if some were mine...well it never stuck me as cool that I have a photo in a magazine...however obscure that magazine may be till now. New Years day DH showed me the latest copy of his N-News magazine with it opened to his latest published article...and it had 3 photos I took in it! This time it hit me....how cool, I actually have some photos in a magazine! And I wasn't the one who had to work to get them there either! *giggle*

Ok, I know it's not THAT cool, especially since it's not a well known magazine that large numbers of people read (although I'm sure there are more smart 8n lovers out there than I'd think! LOL)...but it is still kinda cool...and I thought the photos looked nice in it, so there was a little bit of thrill for me, not just DH as I looked at the article. What can I say, I'm easily enertained...and/or thrilled. *giggle* Anyway I know you probably can't read the article...but I just had to include a copy of it here for my post, so you could see my photos. If you want to read the article it's in the Winter Issue/January 2010 issue of the N-News magazine on pages 14 & 15!! LOL

I hope everyone has had a great weekend! Its been a good one here, although way to cold...and bummer we got more snow, although only another 2 or 3 inches thankfully! LOL It's not suppose to warm up much at all this week, so I don't guess there will be much melting going on. *sigh* We did have some sun this afternoon though, and it was pretty looking out and seeing all the "glitter" on the freshly fallen snow. I think, even with the snow, that this year is off to a pretty good start for us anyway. :)
