Beautiful Evening!

Sunset with the Apple Blossoms

We had such a beautiful evening here, I went out to enjoy it and took my camera and got some photos of the apple blossoms with the sun setting behind them, as well as some photos of the cows and dogs. I enjoyed watching Mabel's interest in Autumn, they sniffed noses through the fence, but was to close at the time to get a photo. I got one of Lady and Mabel sniffing noses...although wish it were a little better.

Daisy & Mabel

DH put the cows and goats out on the driveway today, so they could get some of that taller green grass to eat. The cows were still out there this evening, and I saw Mabel licking Daisy quite a lot...not sure if that means she likes her or what, since I don't speak cow, but I thought it was kinda neat anyway. I love how the brown cows look against that beautiful green grass!

Hugs

While I was standing there with them, I saw Mabel also rubbing her head down Daisy's neck, and caught it with my camera...although was almost to close to them to get it, plus of course the fence was in the way...but it was so cute seeing Mabel do it, cause it almost looked like a Hug.

Tormenters

I took Autumn out with me, and she was tormented by the two pups. They wanted to play with her, but she doesn't like playing with them. LOL She finally managed to get away from them and do her exploring she likes to do, and they played with each other...while their parents were playing too. It's been awhile since I've seen Yani and Shadow play as hard as they did this evening, it's always fun to watch them, and even Belle stood there watching them.

I really need to practice taking photos at that time of the night, cause the light makes it harder to get good clear photos...actually I need to read up on just HOW to do it, and THEN practice, but there are just SO MANY things to do! LOL

Dusk Apple Blossoms

The sunset wasn't major special, but it was cool behind the apple blossoms. The evening smells were wonderful, there was of course the sweet smell of the apple blossoms, but if you stood in the right spot, you got that wonderful woodsy smell that you get in the cool of the spring and summer evenings in the low spots. I've always loved that smell, and have to stop and take some extra deep sniffs of it, when I come across it. :)

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I just had to share some of tonight's beauty before heading off to bed. There are more photos on flicker! :) Have a great night!
