Farm Gates

There is something about this kind of gate that I just love. My hubby took these photos today, after he finished installing the gate. I just had to share them...because I love the gate (we've established that), the beautiful blue sky with the clouds, and the green grass.


Hubby made these gates, and while they may not be perfect (to him), they are so cool looking...not sure why, but this kind of gate says "farm" to me. (Although it's not what I grew up with.) They are just made from scrounged materals (duh...considering my "scroungeman" made them) but that makes them even better...cause they are cheap! *giggle*

Yet another way I'm one lucky woman...my hubby makes my most favorite gates to decorate our fence lines with...if he has the time and supplies anyway! Unless of course he comes across a gate that is already made, that he can scrounge...then I'm out of luck. LOL
