Kinda got sidetracked.

I actually did this layout yesterday, but when I was at my computer, I was mostly keeping up with a soap opera that has been going on the last couple of days (at a scrappin site that I will not disclose), and talking to a friend about it, so I didn't get the chance to post it. Some people!! I don't know how they manage with all the drama in their lives, but I know several who seem to always have some sort of drama, so I guess some people like it! I for one, love my laid back, slow, down to earth country life!! But since this involves someone I know, I am trying to keep up with it, so I know what is going on. Hopefully its about over.

I did this layout for the Quote Challenge over at the Scrap Habit. The photo is my Grandmother holding my niece when she was a baby. I do love this picture!! (I say that alot don't I? ) Wordart is my own.

I love the quote, which is why I wanted to be sure and do this months challenge. I have always thought Family was important. I have always been one who would "fight" for family even if I was ticked with them at the time. I don't understand how some family members can seem to not care about other ones, but it seems there are those out there that think only of themselves. And even some who doesn't seem to care if they "destroy" one member, if they can make themselves look good. (Although how they can think it actaully makes them look good, is beyond me!!) TRUE family to me, are the ones who are there for each other, and would do everything they could to HELP their family. Those who would "circle the wagons" when the need arises. The same holds true for "TRUE" friends, although family would always come first!! I would do everything that was in my power for mine, would you?
