Layouts with my niece

I have a couple more layouts done, that has my niece in them! The first one is pictues I took when we went to my parents for Thanksgiving. The one with her hand on her hip is her reacton to the funny "gift" my DH got her, and the 2nd one is showing the sweatshirt we got her. Her and DH keep teasing each other cause she likes John Deere tractors, and he likes Ford and International tractors. So DH found a doxie statue (Kali likes Doxie's too!) and the statue was a male dog lifting its leg so DH got a little green John Deere tractor to put under it....you know, a guy type thing thats not really appropiate for a girl....but it was really funny! The whole time she was there, after this, she keep trying to think of a way to get back at DH but so far, hasn't come up with anything good. I'm rooting for her though, cause he really does deserve something after that trick! (although I have to admit I had to laugh really hard at it too.)


The other layout is my brother and her (when she was little) laying on my Grandmothers hide-a-bed. She even had her doll tucked in beside her, which I thought was so cute!

Well I got the turkey made today, and wow, it does smell good!!! I also cut up the grapes for the one fruit salid, and tomorrow will have my work cut out for me, to finish the fruit salids, and make a couple pies. I may make one of the fruit salids today if I have time, after I post these layouts. I suppose I really should have made the pies today too, but the day got away from me. So needless to say, tomorrow doesn't look good for scrappin, but if I am lucky I can scrap alot this weekend!

My Mom said my Grandmother isn't doing all that well. She has Alzheimer's (sp?) Disease and is getting worse fast. Maybe its just one of the times that it seems like she is, and she will slow down again, I don't know, but I am praying that God gives Mom and Dad the strength to care for her. It really is taking both of them to do it now, since its a 24 hour thing. I am also praying that she doesn't suffer to much, cause I know she would be mortified at some of the things she is doing if she were well, and knew what she was doing.
