You've GOT to see this kit!!!

Isn't it wonderful!!! I just can't get over how good Blushbutter is! I love, love, LOVE her kits, and every time I think "Oh that's my favorite!!" She comes out with another one, I LOVE even more!!! I don't know how she keeps doing it, but its like she reads my mind, the subconscious part, that even I don't really know to well! LOL I knew I loved dried flowers, and the embossed look, but I hadn't really thought all that much about it. Least not with scrapbooking, and here she does this wonderful kit, and its perfect! Its even blue, which I love, because I didn't have to many "blue" kits. Thats my Mom and Dad's favorite color (notice I said Mom AND Dad, because Mom's actual favorite favorite is purple LOL) but together, they are "blue" not emotionally, but color wise. Soooo I have wanted more blue kits from the start, but just couldn't find many that I liked....NOW I don't have a problem! ROFL If that preview draws you, go look on her blog and see the rest of them!!! She is also making an add on element pack, she says, so that should add even more wonderful things to the kit!! I will have it by Sat, for sure, I'm trying to make myself wait for then, since its my birthday, and I want to "open" something on my birthday, but we will see!! I am sooooo blessed to be on Blushbutters team, actually with ALL of the teams I am on I am blessed! They happen to all be my FAVORITE designers, how did that happen! LOL AND I didn't actually apply to any of them, they asked me, so that makes it all the more special. I don't know what I would do, if I wasn't on them, because while naturally I would buy what I could, I couldn't afford to buy all I wanted! So thankfully I am on the teams I would have chosen, had I actually been brave enough to apply. Granted there are one or two others, I would choose too, but I don't know how much time I have to be adding more, so I won't be even trying for a while. Especially since being gone just a week, seemed to slow me way down this month. (I know, I have pretty much made up for it this week! LOL)

I spent part of this morning, helping Mom do a banner for my Dad's Wood Mosaics store on Etsy (You can go see it here!!! Oh and be sure you tell me what you think.) It wasn't that hard to do, because it was a pretty simple one, and Mom had already had it mapped out, I just did some tweaking, and added a background, staples, and shadows. Oh and cut a picture out. Then my niece called me, and we talked for a little bit, and I have some things to do around the house, so won't be getting any scrappin done today, unless its this evening. But after doing so many yesterday, (5 total, including the two I am just now getting around to posting!) I guess that's ok! LOL

Anyway, the first layout is our newest niece again. And the 2nd layout is my parents pond, and a short story about part of our last visit. I have been trying to do journaling on layouts more, so I guess that one got more than its share! LOL I love the papers in this kit, they are so soft looking and pretty!!
