Princess turned Queen
I always knew my beautiful niece was a princess, but now she has moved up in rank, as last night she was crowned Homecoming Queen. Since her school is to small to have a football team, they have "homecoming" during their basketball season. I'm so proud of her, and know she deserves this honor. I cropped this photo out of a group photo and blurred the background so she stood out even more. (Did I blur it to much...I never know how much is to much. LOL) My DH did a post about it on his blog, and has a different photo that she sent us there, if you want to see another one. My Dad took a photo of her this morning with her "crown" on, and it's here if you want to see it. Kali seems to think it's a bad photo, but I don't, so I couldn't help myself I had to direct you to it!! *giggle*
Congratulations Kali, I'm so proud of you!! You make a beautiful Queen, but will always be my princess. I love you! :)
I had thought about doing another post with goat photos today, since I took more yesterday, even though you have probably seen enough of them, but this is much more important and interesting...to me anyway. LOL So if you want to see the goat photos too, you can go to our flicker site. Once you get to that strange photo of me (taken by me looking in the mirror) if you go back through them backwards you will have them in the right order as to how they were taken, so the sequence photos will be in the right order (if you understand what I mean). Just ignore the first two photo's of my grain grinder and cream separator, they are there for my Mom. LOL
I better get off here, I hope you all are having a good weekend!
I think the photo turned out real good.
