Scrapping!!

I finally got a couple pages scrapped!! If I haven't forgotten to write down the last page that I did (which is highly possible...I almost forgot to write these down), in the book I keep records in, its been two months since I scrapped a page (I wasn't counting my Scenes of Home pages so if you count them...It's only been 3 or 4 weeks at the most LOL)! I can't believe it's been THAT long, I knew it had been awhile, but....wow, where has the time gone? I guess I just haven't been in the mood to scrap...plus had other things to do when I MIGHT have been in the mood. I finally decided to look at my 2006 photos today and try to do a couple quick pages, to try to get myself back into doing it. I'm so far behind I really need to get moving! LOL

These photos are of the first goats we brought home to our farm. They were given to us by my Dad and since we didn't know we were getting them when we went over (we didn't even have a barn built yet!) Dad had to find us something we could use to keep them in the truck, as we brought them home...so he went and got some old bedsprings and put them in the truck for us to use as stock racks...so I call them our Hillbilly Stock Racks! *giggle*

I can't seem to get to far away from browns when I go looking for kits to use with goats...green works good to, least if there is green in the photo, but I always usually look for brown first. LOL I may have to try to use other colors in this years photos...since I seem to have so MANY goat photos. :)

I'm going to try to get busy on my 2006 photos, and do them quickly...which may not mean they will be good...but I'd like to get that book done so I'm not so far behind. Then I can start on this years photos more, which will be a challenge because there are a TON of them. *giggle*

Scenes of Home

I got my special book that I made for us this last weekend, it didn't take near as long to come as the last one I ordered, so I'm guessing mypictales.com is back up and running better than they were there for a while. It is stitched too, even though it's only 50 pages long! I asked if they would, but didn't know if they would for sure, so I was happy about that. I just wish they would do unlimited pages again, so I could do my yearly books with them. Not that I'm unhappy with book1one, but I like how mypictales do their sewn binding a little better. I guess I just shouldn't take so many photos each year huh! *giggle*

Anyway I hope you all are having a good week, wish me luck on getting back into scrapping more...the rate I've been going I'm going to need it! :)
