Gotta LOVE clusters!
I wanted to do some quick layouts with my 2006 photos today so knowing I had gotten some free clusters from Raspberry Road over the last few months I went to her folder and got to work. I did several layouts utilizing some of her clusters and add on kits which I got all free by reading her blog which you can find here. Everything in this post is made with Raspberry Road products...I won't name each one separately since I've already linked to her blog and I'm lazy today anyway...as you can tell since I used clusters a lot. *giggle* While the LO's may not be spectacular they were easy to do and are certainly good enough (to me) for my yearly books! :)
The first layout shows my DH feeding a hen that is wanting to sit on her eggs some grain and a rooster watching in hopeful anticipation that maybe he will luck out and get a handout too. As I'm sure you have noticed, DH and his animals are a constant source of entertainment for me. :)
The 2nd layout is one of our roosters getting ready to crow as he stands on a stack of pallets one early morning. I couldn't resist snapping his photo while I was out getting some pretty misty morning scenes.
The last LO shows some goats getting a drink. Granted this isn't usually photo worthy but I thought it was kinda funny how the one has her front lets over the edge of the tub so she can reach the water better, so I had to get a photo of it.
Well that's all I'll share today, hopefully tomorrow I'll get a few more finished up so I can share some more. I'm trying to do some first thing in the morning as it seems to be the best time for me get my mojo to working on scrapping....so hopefully I can keep it up more now that most of the canning is out of the way...least for now. Gotta get this 2006 book finished up so at least I will be caught up on the yearly books except for this years...course this years photos seem to have gotten out of hand, so it will take a long while to finish catching up but that would be a start anyway. LOL
Hope everyone is having a good week! Take Care out there.
I love clusters too! ... And I love it when a kit has enough elements so I can make my own clusters. :D
ReplyDeleteThose layouts look great! I wish I was as caught up as you... It's just sa hard to find time to scrap when you're homeschooling four kids. *lol*
Yeah I don't think I'd have much time at all for the computer if I had kids I don't know how you do it! LOL
