Beautiful Sky & Happy Fathers Day!!

The sky has been beautiful here both last night and this morning. We had a really pretty stormy sunset just before the storm got to us last night. Both DH and I were out getting some photos when the wind came up. It stayed around us most of the night, and was still here this morning.

We did get a break late morning, and even had a little sunshine, but then more headed our way sporting a beautiful blue wall of cloud which I got a photo of not long ago...although it's changed its look already, as it gets closer to us.



You can see where the sky changed...the clouds above got lighter and even let a bit of sun through for a short time. I just LOVE that blue to.

As you can see my camera seems to be doing OK...but I had a different lens on, so I'm thinking it's my short lens...and maybe just the filter I have on the front of it causing the specks. I'll have to get time to do some more tests with it before we have our next shopping date, and see if I need to get a new filter. Praise God for answered prayers. :) (I can't help it, I LOVE my camera! LOL)

Happy Fathers day to all the Dads out there, especially my wonderful Daddy!! I hope you have a great day Dad, and thanks for being there for us over the years. I love you!!! Big Hugs are being sent your way. *grin*
