Peace

Ahhh we have more babies! They didn't get out much today, as they are still young, so I didn't get any better photo, but I took this one last night when we found them. They are cute, but I'm still partial to the other two, as they have more Boer in them and look like the Boers. These two are little boys anyway...which means they won't stay around as long as hopefully the girls will be.


We also found a couple baby ducks walking around behind their Mom this morning...they are the first ones born here!!! I thought that would never happen. *giggle*


DH and I took a little walk together this morning, in the peace and quiet of a Sunday Morning. There may be all kinds of turmoil going on out there in the real world, but here in our little corner of it, God has given us a beautiful place to go for peace.


I love watching God's creatures going about their jobs, even the ones I'm not all that fond of, like this bee.


And plenty to laugh at...if you just look for it. We both got a chuckle over watching this goat try to eat several leaves that DH plucked and handed to her. She couldn't get them all into her mouth, and fought it till she did...with her lips going every which way. Course he didn't have his camera to get a movie of it...and photos just don't tell the story to well on something like this. :)


Needless to say, it was a nice summertime walk with my wonderful Man, and it was nice to have that peaceful time together. It appears that this week is still suppose to be dry...so I think tomorrow the haying starts...and there is no peace then...but Praise God for the hay for the animals in the winter! :)
