Good News and Bad

Yep the Good news is my parents made it home ok. They told me all about it last night, and put my mind at ease as to how they were doing!! Praise God for keeping them safe!!! Thank you for your prayers, and comments! They have yet to see if the frame on the truck was bent...or drive train..or hmmm something, can't remember what Dad called it. At least it got them home safely!! For that, we can all be thankful.

The bad news is the family friend we spent the night in the hospital with the other night, passed away yesterday. She was in her 80's and had some problems, so we can be thankful her suffering is over, but she will be missed.

I did go do a little shopping yesterday!!! LOL Tina Williams Designs is having a sale!! A REALLY GOOD sale!!! She has alot of her kits at 50% off, so I had to get Echoes of Yesterday because I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. Even though it has a lot of great elements for heritage pictures, I thought it was also great for Autumn photo's so did this layout of my Grandparents taking a walk in Minnesota. My Uncle took the picture (in 1985), and got the beautiful fall trees in the background!! I just love this picture, with the colors and my Grandparents, and love how the layout turned out too, even though its really simply done.
