And the color continues...

We have a lot of bare trees around here now, winter is fast approaching but there are still a few that are showing off...along with some that haven't started yet. The maple tree we planted in our front yard a few years ago, is now a beautiful red...I can't wait till it gets bigger around, cause it will be really beautiful then I'm sure.


For now it's a tall slim splash of red in the middle of our circle drive. Gotta love that beautiful color with the drab colors of winter creeping up on us.


There are still some green patches in the grass...but there are a lot of brown ones too, so even the grass is going to sleep for the winter. Seeing the red leaves in the grass though, is pretty...even if it's on a brown background, instead of green. :)

It's a beautiful day out there today...actually almost hot. It's suppose to turn cold in the middle of the week, but I'll enjoy this warm spell while we have it, along with the beautiful color we are still being treated to.

Is it just me, or are the fall colors a little brighter this year? If it is just me who cares...I'm sure enjoying them! :-))
